The Moloa’a district is becoming increasingly known for the small organic farms springing up in the area. Kauai’s rich soils produce the most delicious food. Grown without chemicals ensures the Island’s delicate eco-system is preserved. This is something close to all our hearts. We purchase much of our produce from the local farms.
